Gaurav Gupta Studio and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. All the styles listed on the website have been described in detail for your reference covering all essential attributes of the garment pertaining to fabric details, embroidery details, and individual component descriptions as well in order to enable you to make an informed purchase decision. PRICING
The pricing of the outfits listed on the website fall under the sole discretion of the brand. The prices mentioned for all the styles are mentioned in Indian Rupees. However, for other parts of the world, USD prices are mentioned based on the conversion rate.
We don’t offer any discounts except during the End of Season Sale. With respect to items sold on gauravguptastudio.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. 100% advance payment is mandatory while placing a new order without which the order will not be processed. For any reason, if we are not able to ship the products as per your order, we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available.
The Site contains many Products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on the site may be incorrectly priced. In the rare occasion, mispricing occurs, we will inform you to cancel the order or make an additional payment for the difference.
SHIPPING
We offer complimentary shipping worldwide. The estimated time to ship will differ depending on the respective delivery deadlines mentioned against each product. Our products are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.
Sometimes, delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step. You can also opt for a self-pickup from any of the Gaurav Gupta flagship stores, upon request.

DUTIES AND TAXES
All of Gaurav Gupta orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Noida, India to your provided shipping address. We cover the costs of shipping and any customs duties. The brand offers free worldwide shipping
EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, do kindly let us know. As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, Gaurav Gupta Studio does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on fresh off the rack, nor on made to order pieces except in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios:
1. If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective.
2. If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specifications, for example – sizing issue, fabric covering, color mismatch, length issue, etc.
3. If there has been an unprecedented delay in your order and Gaurav Gupta Studio has not notified you of the same, within 1 week from the date of the order placed.
In all the above scenarios, the client must notify gauravguptastudio.com about the issue over a call or WhatsApp during business hours but most importantly with an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.
However, it is only after receiving an acknowledgment of the same from gauravguptastudio.com, you may send the piece back to us for the necessary corrective actions. Unsolicited returns will not be received without authorization. The customer will be responsible to pick-up products sent without prior intimation.
Once the garment is received by Gaurav Gupta Studio, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with gauravguptastudio.com only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. While returning the piece, please ensure that the merchandise is unused, and is in a sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging.
The decision however will be taken within 2-3 business days of receiving the outfit and you will be duly notified of the same. All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of Credit Notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at gauravguptastudio.com and any of the flagship stores across Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad & Kolkata. The Credit Notes can be redeemed during the End of Season Sale period as well.

ORDER CANCELATION POLICY
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, the full payment (100%) will be forfeited and treated as the cancellation fee for all cancellations. Kindly take note that our brand's policy does not include the provision of refunds.

SIZING
The fit of our garments depends on the cut, fabric, and style. Some garments are designed to have a relaxed fit while some garments are consciously styled to be more fitted, in order to accentuate the form. Please review our size guide that details out the exact measurements for your perusal, and we will assist you in selecting the size best suited to you.
PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE
All of Gaurav Gupta products are handcrafted using the finest fabrics and embroidery material. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products.
Garment details, including specifications, have been depicted as accurately as possible. Each garment is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, making it truly unique in its beauty and nature. Minor variations in sculpting, drape, color, or embroidery are inherent characteristics of handmade garments and the design process.
The brand does not provide any dry-cleaning servicing of sold outfits
COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, since you will be viewing them on your mobile/monitor screens, we cannot guarantee that your screen display of any color will be accurate. A minor variation in color is not a defect as different screens project the colors differently.
