To place an order at Gaurav Gupta:
- Use the various category options provided under the main menu to help you find what you are looking for.
- Once you have shortlisted an item, select your size and click on the ‘Add to cart” button.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘Shopping Bag’ icon at the top of the page.
- Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your order.
These products are ready-to-wear(RTW), and we do not offer alterations or accept custom orders

In case of failed transactions, please check that the details entered by you match the details on the card, card is not expired, PIN entered is correct. DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Gaurav Gupta offers complimentary domestic and international shipping.
The estimated time to ship will differ depending on the respective delivery deadlines mentioned against each product. Our products are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing airway bill number (AWB) and a link to the tracking portal for the courier service being used for your shipment. In case of any additional shipping related queries please reach out to our client care team.
If your package shows delivered and you have not received your order please raise the issue by calling our client care team. Our team will look into the matter and ensure the delivery is done in time. We will keep you updated with the progress.
Your online order is insured by Gaurav Gupta during the transit time until it is delivered to you. For security reasons, all purchases made online require signature by the receiver on delivery, at which point the responsibility of the goods passes to you.
We offer complimentary shipping worldwide.
At Gaurav Gupta we want every client to be pleased with his/her order. We do not accept returns; however we will be with you every step of the way to ensure that the garment you receive is in perfect condition and fits well.
Our policy strictly prohibits cancellations and refunds.
